How do I register for The Fall Affair?

Complete registration requirements - Full name and email address are required, and including a phone number is optional.

Registration will look the same on a desktop and mobile device. Upon completing registration, you will receive an email from BlueJeans Events that includes a personalized link. The information will also be added to your calendar. We encourage you to access the link through a desktop or laptop when possible, for the best experience.

Everyone who registers for the event will be entered to win a Peloton Tread. You must be present to win and announce yourself in the chat when called. If you will be attending the Fall Affair with a group of people from one shared device, be sure to register each person attending so everyone is entered into the giveaway.

How do I access the broadcast on October 23rd?

If you already registered, you should have received an email from BlueJeans Events with a link to access the broadcast. If you are registered and have not received an email with your personalized link by Thursday, October 21st, please email Katie at kkontos@alpinelearninggroup.org  

We suggest logging in before 6pm for the preshow to give yourself time to check connection and audio before the show starts. 

You can access the link on any device that has internet connection, but we strongly encourage you to join from a desktop or laptop for the best quality and easiest accessibility.  

Please note that if you plan to view the broadcast from an iPhone or iPad you will be asked to download the BlueJeans app. This added step will take time, so we advise you to practice logging in prior to the event. 

You are welcome to use the link prior to the event to test your connection and visit our waiting room.  

What do I do if I can't find the broadcast link?

If you have registered for the event and cannot find your personalized link in your inbox, we suggest the following:

1. Search "BlueJeans" (one word) in your inbox.
2. Check your spam folder.
3. Revisit the registration page and sign up as if it were your first time, using the email you believe you registered with. BlueJeans will recognize your email address and resend you your link.

What do I do if I can't hear sound during the event?

When you log into the event broadcast you should hear sound almost immediately. If you do not, there are a few things you can do.

1. Make sure audio is on and volume is up on your computer.
2. Are you using speakers? Be sure they are plugged in/connected and the volume is turned on.
3. In the bottom left corner of the website’s screen click the speaker to adjust volume.
4. Still having trouble? Contact support.bluejeans.com.

How do I bid in the silent auction?

Our fabulous silent auction is open now until 9pm, October 23rd!

Access the online bidding website here! 

You will need your email, phone number (to receive text updates), and credit card information so that you are all set to start bidding! 

You also have the option to save packages to your favorites so you can easily keep track of your favorite items!

What is the Text-to-Give and how do I participate?

The text-to-give is another opportunity to donate to Alpine Learning Group during, and after, the broadcast directly from your cellphone. Join us from 6pm-7pm on October 23rd and to donate in this year's text-to-give.

This year's text-to-give is almost identical to last year. But if this is your first time joining Alpine for a virtual Fall Affair, or you need a reminder, it is just three easy steps!

When the text-to-give begins, you will see the phone number on the screen. 

1. Create a new text message to the number on the screen. Include your name or company name, the amount of your pledge, and any short message you want to share. (If you would like your donation to remain anonymous, do not include a name in your message.) 

2. Hit Send! 

3. You'll receive payment instructions via text within 24-48 hours to complete your donation.
