Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase admission tickets at the door?

No, tickets must be purchased online before October 2nd.

Can I purchase tickets/tables offline?

Yes, if you would like to pay for tickets or tables offline, please send a check, written out to Alpine Learning Group Foundation, to Alpine Learning Group, Attn: Development, 777 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ 07652, along with a completed form here.

Once your check and completed form are received, a member of the Development Department will contact you via email to confirm payment and collect guest information. Please mail checks by September 25th to ensure that they arrive to Alpine before the cutoff date of October 2nd.

Can I purchase a table without knowing the names of my guests?

Yes, you will receive a link that allows you to add the names and additional information for each of your guests, needed by October 2nd.

Will I receive my tickets in the mail?

No, we do not issue physical tickets. Your name and the names of your guests are listed in our registration system. You will check in upon arrival and give them your name(s).

How do I complete information about my guests after I purchase my tickets?

Guest information can be provided during checkout online. You will also receive an email with a link that allows you to return to your registration page and complete information for all of your guests.

It is important that this information is completed for all guests prior to October 2nd. If you sent a check to Alpine Learning Group to pay offline, a member of the Development Department will reach out via the email provided on your commitment form to collect guest information.

If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?

Yes, as long as your guest count does not change after October 2nd, you can invite someone else in place of your original guest. At the event, you will need to tell our registration staff the name of the person who is unable to attend and provide them with the name of your new guest. Your new guest will be given a bidder number to use throughout the evening. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific meal types with any last minute changes of this kind. If you know prior to the night of the event, please email last minute changes to development@alpinelearninggroup.org.
